Where are the ponds bridges and playgrounds? Oak cliff likes nice things also

Why are y'all building the lennar sites on the Southside of Dallas so cheap without the ponds and bridges and playgrounds like other lennar communities I've seen

Why do you keep putting sinks on the kitchen island??? A stove top should be there. People like me want to film ourselves cooking and the sink placement makes no sense.

I like that Lennar gives a front porch. Most homes have a tiny tunnel leading to the front door nowadays.

No coat closet either, as you come in the door. Houses aren’t user friendly anymore.

Lennar and DR Horton give no cabinets in the bathroom (above the toilet), and very few cabinets in the kitchen. It makes life difficult to get organized and feel uncluttered.

Cute. I built my Lennar in 2020, would have been nice to have it then.

The basketball hoops rim broke like on one side about a week ago

Lived there for 2.5 years. Loved it. 10 years later, today, I drove back over there are ran 7 miles. I miss that place. The location is weird, trapped between railroad tracks and one lane "highways", it's hard to get in and out. But, they've built a walmart pretty close by, that's a plus.

I think you missed the entire purpose of using UA-cam to market your homes. We don't need to be talked through the floor plan - we can SEE the floorplan on your site. What many of us are looking for is a VIDEO walkthrough of the actual model. Walking from room to room using video to pan the home so that we might see what it has the potential to feel or look like. Next time think about walking through the model with a camera otherwise watching this is a waste of our time and as a result, a waste of your time to create and post this.
